Fitzgerald's uses the freshest, all-natural ingredients, seasonal and locally grown whenever possible. Most everything is prepared in-house from the simplest appetizer to the most complex of entrees. Our breads are made on premise. You will not find a microwave, MSG, or processed foods at Fitzgerald's 1928.
